this morning i did boxing with my personal trainer, he once again worked to so hard. felt like i was going to puke. but he said i have a good punch on me:)
10 minute run, 30 minute stair climber, 30 minutes weights. Felt AWESOME.

breakfast
1 small banana mashed up, 1/2 cup oats, about 3/4 cup water, mixed up and microwaved and topped with ~10 almonds (crushed up) and cinnamon. DELICIOUS.
Now watching Ninja Warrior… good start to this day :)

Other habits to start…
- Take multivitamin and biotin 1x/day and green tea supplement 2x/day (with breakfast and lunch)
- Have fruits or veggies with EVERY meal. No breakfast, lunch, or dinner without a fruit, veggie, or ideally both!
- Buy dark chocolate to have for dessert. My dinners don’t feel complete without a little something sweet (a bad habit I know), but I figure if I stick to 1 or 2 pieces of dark chocolate and really savor it, it’ll be much better than cookies or ice cream that I usually eat 2 servings of. An entire Hershey’s Special Dark chocolate bar is 180 calories. If I have 1/4 of it, that’s only 45 calories of something rich and satisfying.
- Start waking up earlier.
